Fine words

I haven't posted in months, so this is a weak way to get back to blogging, but when I read this, it reminded me why I started blogging in the first place.

In the Financial Times, Daniel Patterson gets it right again. I've spend the last few years defending fine dining and preaching technique over recipes. Thanks, Daniel, for reminding me why.
